Between 45-75 minute session designed entirely around you! Paul & the team will find & use the most specific training & recovery styles, exercises, sets, reps & rest schemes that will make the process of working out, getting fitter and achieving your goals that much more enjoyable

Whether you've been a dedicated gym bunny or gym rat for many months or years, maybe even decades but you're finding progress has slowed or stopped (or even gone backwards!) 

 

Has your usual training partner given up, are you needing a dedicated qualified enthusiastic set of eyes, that extra bit of accountability, or simply a new routine and surroundings to help you bust through a plateau (or 2) then gives us a call! we may be able to help inject some life, momentum or just a new perspective on what to do next!

BODY TRANSFORMATION

Our Hollywood style transformation ramps up the intensity as though you're getting paid to get in shape for a movie role, plus the results to match!!

 

 If you are able to commit to this level of accountability, effort & all out training then we'll support you with our best effort to help you transform your mind & body in just a few weeks, with results that may make you look and feel like a character out of a superhero comic!

Semi private PT

Semi-private Personal Training (45 minutes)

SPPT45 sessions are scheduled like classes on our timetable & as such they have fixed times which allow us to combine the personalised focus & results similar to our PT45 with an even more brilliant price. These are essentially a very small group session (usually 2-3) with time for personalised coaching and generally faster progression. Excellent for those with more time, smaller budgets & enjoy training in a friendly focused atmosphere with like minded people

This is by far the best financially & time efficient way of getting in really good shape, quickly! These are very intense short sessions designed & proven to push you in a way that radically improves fitness, body composition & overall athleticism. Involves a number of exercises to target the whole body & key areas most clients wish to shape/tone up, and all exercises are chosen for their ability to be done in a way to suit all levels 

 

(as with all results & the speed at which they are achieved, they are of course dependant on a number of factors, especially, continued commitment to an overall healthy lifestyle, good recovery protocols and the number of classes performed)

Sled Fit

Sled Fit 45 (45 minutes)

A class designed for improving & supporting strength/speed & fitness required for any sportsperson whether their sport is a hobby or a more serious endeavour. This is a great one for those looking to ultimately improve aspects of athleticism over other areas and a great addition to any athletes training schedule with the 45 minutes of coached session leaving plenty in the tank for sports specific skills practice.

For those who really what to change the shape of their body, by building noticeable muscle mass or to tone up fast, this is a must! 

These sessions focus on building a strong & strong looking physique! However because of the style of training in these sessions, just a handful can be an excellent choice for those looking for a fast, efficient way to tone up! 

Classes are limited to just 8 clients & you receive an optimal 45 minutes of coached session! This is why Paul strongly believes it may be the best value for money in any class, especially for those who may find it a challenge in gaining & maintaining any significant amount of muscle mass.

Having 8 clients per class also brings an excellent focused atmosphere & more personalised support, although not comparable to the PT45 or SPPT45, this still allows for some of the best & fastest results!
