 The majority of Miss. S's transformation occurred in just over a 4 month period with her most drastic results happening in the last 2 months when she committed to the process fully, making time for mini workouts & improving her food and supplement choices further. 

Miss. S achieved a steady 1-1.5% loss in body fat each month along with increases in muscle mass resulting in a very toned shape as well as becoming a stronger more confident person. Her total weightloss is now approaching 9 kilos/20lbs!

Mr. M's came to Sussex Strength after already having had some training experience, although he'd had almost a year without any  training. He'd noticed his wellbeing & eating habits had deteriorated after taking on extra hours at work and decided Personal training was the motivation & support he needed to get in shape for summer. His transformation took place over the course of approximately 28 weeks. Mr. M opted for the accelerated training pattern and also took 1-2 extra classes per week to further his results. This meant that after is initial introductory sessions (6 pt & 6 classes) that he then averaged 4 training sessions per week during the 2 main phases and reduced his training to 2x per week during the middle 6 weeks.

This is what Ms. S has to say:

Ms. S came to me with neck, back & shoulder discomfort, as well as bloating and less than optimal posture! She had just start making more pieces for her new Jewellery business Sheva Jewellery as well as developing her essential oil range, this all meant she had spent long days at a desk with deteriorating posture. After discussing and clarifying her needs and goals, we chose to start light & she steadily progressed, training 2x per week. We decided that Sledfit, and Kettlebells 3: Strengthening & Lengthening class were the 2 that best suited her needs.

Ms. S's progress here is measured after just 6 weeks of 2 sessions per week, we made little to no change to her food or nutrition.

 

Ms.S got what she wanted, a resilient strong posture and more energy! She has continued on and can't recommend Sledfit highly enough! She is most happy with her improved sleep quality, fitness levels & how the nature of Sledfit means she is rarely sore even after the most intense sessions. She says her muscles feel 'on' and 'toned', she also still dabbles with Kettlebell 3: S&L, needless to say because of this her strength as almost quadrupled (WTF!!!) in the 12 weeks proceeding her initial 6 week introductory phase!!

With her body feeling stronger and healthier than ever before she's now able to add back in her side/original hustle as a Massage Therapist, something she has decades of experience in, and something that she had to stop originally because of her shoulder pain
